An interview with the hiring manager, where you can ask questions and get to know our business a little better (usually conducted via Microsoft Teams).
The final interview stage is more in-depth and exploratory. Hiring managers may lead this interview, but it is likely to also involve other staff members. You may be required to show examples of your work or discuss a project you worked on in the past. There may be a test or assessment (which you will be notified of beforehand) depending on the role.
If you’re successful, our recruitment team will call you to make a verbal offer. We’ll follow this up with a confirmation email.
Once you’ve accepted our offer, our HR team will contact you to arrange a start date and organise any practicalities for your first day.
