Last week we picked up six awards for our work, and we even got to celebrate in person.
It’s always a great week for any B2B agency when you pick up a grand total of six awards out of seven you were shortlisted for. But last week felt even more special as, after almost two years of virtual awards ceremonies, our brilliant - and elegantly attired - teams were actually able to attend the Digital Impact Awards and the B2B Marketing Awards to collect their gongs in person.
First up, we attended the B2B Marketing Awards, where we were shortlisted in the Best Product Launch category for our work with Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (MCAM) on the launch of the KyronMax platform. We’d been tasked with creating a digital first relaunch of MCAM’s innovative KyronMAX product, with the rebrand including a microsite and a media campaign targeting the engineers who specify and prototype new products. Our response was an ambitious creative route that challenged customers to defy inertia and ‘break the mold.’
The B2B Marketing Awards celebrates work that has taken giant leaps forward and delivered standout results. So we were honoured simply to be shortlisted against some superb B2B work, and are incredibly proud of our team, even though we didn’t pick an award up on the night.
The following night we put our glad rags on again and headed to the Digital Impact Awards, which set the industry-wide benchmark in digital stakeholder engagement. These awards honour the best corporate digital communications work from across Europe; so we were proud to be nominated for six awards, and delighted to take home a trophy for every single nomination!
For our work with MCAM we took home:
-
Gold for Best Use of Digital from the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector
-
Gold for Best Use of Digital from the Industrial and Basic Materials Sector
-
Silver for Best Digital Rebrand for our work with Mitsubishi Advanced Chemical Materials
We received some fantastic comments from the judges too: “Very attractive and clear tangible results in terms of lead generation,” said one judge. Another commented, “Brilliant submission, nice pairing of strategy and research with strong visuals, design and concepts.”
We also picked up a Bronze for Best Use of Digital from the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Sector for our work in partnership with Clinigen. Together with Clinigen, we used digital experience to improve the lives of patients worldwide.
Finally, we took home a Silver for Best use of Digital from the Professional Services Sector and were Highly Commended in the Best Digital Communications During Covid-19 category.
A huge thank you to our teams and clients, who have worked incredibly hard together to deliver such outstanding work. Gaining recognition at these prestigious industry awards is a real testament to everyone involved, and we’re already looking forward to enjoying even more awards success in 2022!
